About Me

I am a seasoned content developer, writer, and project manager with a career dedicated to creating impactful educational resources, inclusive curriculum, and meaningful storytelling. With over two decades of experience spanning educational publishing, digital content delivery, curriculum design, and diversity & inclusion consulting, I bring a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to every project I take on.

My work has ranged from overseeing large-scale literacy programs and developing culturally responsive educational strategies to researching and writing inclusive history curriculum for classrooms. As a co-founder and editorial director of a successful content development company, I built and led a team that delivered hundreds of K–12 and higher education products used across the country and internationally. I’ve also partnered with major publishers, museums, and organizations to design programs and tools that foster equity, representation, and belonging in educational and public spaces.

Beyond content creation, I’m deeply passionate about community building and advocacy. My work with institutions such as The Legacy Project, Chicago Children’s Museum, and the Family Equality Council reflects my commitment to elevating diverse voices and making learning environments more inclusive. As a journalist and public speaker, I’ve shared stories and led conversations that challenge perspectives, celebrate diversity, and inspire change.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief in the power of storytelling and education to transform how we see ourselves and each other — and a drive to create content that reflects the full richness of the human experience.
